Prior to joining USCI in 2014, Stewart-Schultze held leadership positions at Sonic Drive-In; The Steak ‘n Shake Company; ABG, Inc.; and Farm Bureau. In these roles, she led demand planning for multiple limited time offers, innovative commodity strategies, mergers and acquisitions, labor scheduling development, market research, price discovery, and government lobbying. Stewart-Schultze earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a master’s degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University.
