Event Details

  • June 23: Private Dinner (6:30pm)
  • June 24: Operator/Supplier Meetings (8:00am - 3:00pm)
  • Location: Grand Hyatt, Dallas, TX - Association staff will book rooms for confirmed attendees

The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport provides complimentary transportation to the Grand Hyatt DFW via SkyLink and Terminal Link.

Note: There are three Hyatt Hotels located at DFW Airport – ensure you proceed to Grand Hyatt DFW located in Terminal D. 

Participation Cost

IFMA The Food Away from Home Association Manufacturer Members: $7,500 per manufacturer company (includes up to two representatives)

  • Fee includes up to 2 standard hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt DFW, meeting materials, and programmed meal functions. Companies cannot reduce their price by not taking the rooms.
  • Due to hotel policy, kitchen, refrigeration and BOH equipment use at the hotel are not available. Any shipping and handling is at the expense and liability of the member; participating companies are responsible for bringing all applicable resources to their table.
