- April 7: Private Dinner (6:30pm)
- April 8: Operator/Supplier Meetings (8:00am - 3:00pm)
- Location: Grand Hyatt, Dallas, TX - IFMA Staff will book rooms for confirmed attendees
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport provides complimentary transportation to the Grand Hyatt DFW via SkyLink and Terminal Link.
Note: There are three Hyatt Hotels located at DFW Airport – ensure you proceed to Grand Hyatt DFW located in Terminal D.
Participation Cost
IFMA The Food Away from Home Association Manufacturer Members: $9,000 per manufacturer company (includes up to two representatives)
- Fee includes up to 2 standard hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt DFW, meeting materials, and programmed meal functions
- Due to hotel policy, kitchen, refrigeration and BOH equipment use at the hotel are not available. Any shipping and handling is at the expense and liability of the member; participating companies are responsible for bringing all applicable resources to their table.
